United Furniture Corp Tall Chest 54 Inch

Tall chest by United Furniture Corporation, confirmed by the purple and cream paper label on a drawer back that reads UNITED FURNITURE CORPORATION. The label carries the company name only and does not name a style or pattern. The chest has one top drawer over three paneled doors concealing three interior drawers with routed finger pulls, above a lower drawer bank, with antiqued brass bail pulls and a molded plinth base on bracket feet. Tape measurements in the photos read roughly 42 inches wide, 19 inches deep and 54 and a half inches tall, and should be confirmed in person. Condition is fair. The top is worn and dull with pale scuff marks and light scratching, the plywood back is water stained and split in the lower panel, and the paper label is torn with material missing. Sold as-is.
