Knotty Pine Pedestal Dining Table and Chairs

Country style dining set with a round knotty pine top over a heavy urn turned pedestal on four flat cabriole legs with carved reeding and scrolled pad feet, plus wheat sheaf spindle back side chairs with turned finials, double turned stretchers and small scale black and tan houndstooth check slip seats. At least one extension leaf is included and mates with dowel pins along the edge. Bidders should confirm the chair and leaf count in person, as the photos clearly show four chairs and one leaf. No maker label or stamp appears anywhere, and construction indicates a 1990s production suite rather than a period antique. Condition is fair. The table top has scattered dark spotting and pinprick marks that are separate from the natural knots, plus fine scratching and a hairline gap at the center seam.
