A pair of silver coins from North America. The collection includes a 1964 United States Kennedy Half Dollar, struck at the Philadelphia mint. The coin features the Kennedy Half Dollar obverse and a heraldic eagle reverse based on the Presidential Seal. The second item is a 1949 Canada 50 Cents piece, featuring the George VI obverse and the Canadian coat of arms reverse. Both coins are struck with reeded edges. The US half dollar is composed of 90% silver, while the Canadian piece is composed of 80% silver.
