A collection of silver 25-cent coins from Canada. The group includes specimens with the dates 1937, 1938, 1942, and 1949. The obverse features the George VI profile design type. Examples dated 1937, 1938, and 1942 bear the legend GEORGIVS VI D G REX ET IND IMP, while the 1949 example bears the legend GEORGIVS VI DEI GRATIA REX. The reverse of each coin features the Caribou reverse design type. The coins are struck in .800 fineness silver. Suggested reference (unverified): KM# 34, KM# 44.
