Chef Pomodoro folding pizza peel crafted from bamboo. The rectangular blade is designed with a beveled leading edge. The bamboo handle is joined to the blade by a metal folding mechanism, secured in the open position by a large, contoured metal locking knob. A dark leather-style hanging cord is threaded through a hole at the end of the handle. The brand identification, including the name Chef POMODORO and a logo with a chef's hat and mustache, is laser-engraved on the handle. Condition: Good pre-owned condition. The bamboo shows light surface scuffing and minor wear from use. The metal hinge and locking knob are fully functional.
