This contemporary abstract fluid painting is executed in acrylic and metallic media on a rectangular stretched canvas. The central composition consists of a horizontal flow of deep purple, bronze, and gold pigments set against a white ground. The work utilizes pouring techniques that have created organic, feathered edges and distinct cell formations where the various colors intermix. The verso shows a wooden stretcher frame with incidental white paint drips and the characters Y127 handwritten in black ink on the top bar. A piece of green adhesive tape on the edge of the canvas bears the handwritten dimensions 20 x 10. Condition: The work is in good condition. There is no evidence of surface loss or craquelure. Minor paint residue is visible on the wooden stretcher bars on the reverse.
