This flared ceramic vase features a monochrome black-on-white transfer-printed design in a Neo-classical style. The central motif depicts an ornate classical urn overflowing with roses and wheat stalks, framed by scrolling foliage and foliate swags. A coordinating floral border accents the rim and base. The decoration incorporates intentional distressing, with simulated scratches and wear printed into the design to achieve an aged appearance. The vessel is constructed with a tapered body, a widely flared rim, and a stepped, spreading pedestal base. The underside of the base retains a transparent adhesive label printed with Lyon Gallery, Salt Lake City, Utah, and made in China. Condition: The vase is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs are present. The visible scratches and fading are intentional decorative elements of the original design. Minor dust and debris are present in the interior.
