Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973) Mixed media drawing on antique sheet music, depicting a frontal portrait of a seated figure in muted tones of brown, ochre, and black. Washes of color are applied over the sheet music, creating an atmospheric background. Signed 'PICASSO' in the upper right. Unframed. Pablo Picasso, a Spanish painter and sculptor, was a co-creator of Cubism and one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.
