This 1950s American Character Sweet Sue walker doll features a hard plastic body with a jointed walking mechanism and an original auburn synthetic wig. The doll is designed with blue sleep eyes and is dressed in a paired, non-original1950s-style ensemble featuring a floral knit cardigan and black felt poodle skirt with a matching handbag. The manufacturer's marks are present on the neck and lower back. 18 inches. This doll shows expected wear for its age including surface scuffing and eye cloudiness. There is a minor loss of plastic at the right shoulder socket and some surface residue to the face, while the paired clothing is generally well-preserved.
