A large hand-carved and painted wood flamingo sculpture with a tall, elongated profile, boldly rendered in vivid pink with black-painted beak and wing panels, white eye accents, and incised feather detailing. The stylized bird has a distinctly primitive folk-art character, with visible hand-tooling, simplified anatomy, exaggerated proportions, and a strongly graphic color palette that gives it considerable decorative presence. The reverse shows additional carved feather lines highlighted in white, while the substantial solid-wood construction and floor-standing scale make the piece especially suited to an eclectic interior, porch, sunroom, coastal setting, or folk-art collection. Measures 38"H x 7.5"W x 8"D.
