An antique Arts & Crafts / Mission-style oak side table, likely dating to the early 20th century, featuring a substantial chamfered polygonal top above sturdy slab-form supports with pierced diamond-shaped cutouts and exposed round metal fasteners that lend the piece a distinctly handcrafted, architectural character. A lower shelf joins the supports to create a practical two-tier form, while the richly figured oak displays an appealing warm amber-brown finish with pronounced grain and age-darkened surface character. The straightforward construction, geometric pierced details, visible joinery, and functional emphasis are consistent with the broader Arts & Crafts design vocabulary; comparable period oak side tables and tabourets frequently employ lower shelves, pierced supports, and robust rectilinear forms. Condition is consistent with age and use, with surface scratches, edge wear, scattered abrasions, finish variation, darkened areas, and minor marks throughout; the top and shelf remain present and the structure appears substantially intact from the photographs. No maker’s mark is visible in the provided images. Measures 17"H x 16"W
