An assembled group of four Chinese blue and white porcelain articles comprising a deep bowl, two circular plates, and a small baluster-form vase, each decorated in underglaze cobalt blue on a white ground. The bowl features boldly painted birds, floral sprays, and scrolling motifs around its lobed body, the underside revealing a broad unglazed foot ring surrounding a recessed glazed center. One plate is decorated with a central jardinière or flower-basket motif beneath a dark-blue border and has a double-ring mark to the underside, while the larger plate presents a riverside landscape with figures and architecture within a finely pierced reticulated border and bears an underglaze-blue character mark. The small vase is painted with loose lattice and floral decoration and retains an applied red wax collection or export seal beneath. Condition includes scattered glaze and firing imperfections, surface wear, discoloration, residue, minor abrasions, and a visible chip and loss at the vase rim; bowl has a hairlinecrack and is apparent from the photographs.Vase measures 4"H x 3"W, plates are 8.5" and 11" in diameter and the bowl is 4"H x 11"W.
