A distinctive Anglo-Indian camel saddle stool crafted in richly toned rosewood, featuring a broad rectangular seat fitted with a deeply button-tufted caramel-brown leather cushion. The saddle-inspired frame is accented at each end by curved wooden handholds and rests on four dramatically splayed slab-form legs, each decorated with delicate brass wire and foliate inlay and finished with brass-capped feet. Turned side finials, exposed brass fasteners, and the sculptural open construction lend the piece a rustic yet refined decorative presence, suitable for use as a low bench, footstool, or accent seat. The leather displays age-related creasing, surface wear, discoloration, and rubbing, while the wooden frame shows scattered scuffs, scratches, finish wear, small nicks, and minor losses o r lifting to portions of the brass inlay consistent with age and use. Measures 16"H x 30"W x 15"D
