This collection features 78 vintage and antique buttons mounted on four cardboard display cards. The assortment includes a diverse range of materials such as early Bakelite and celluloid plastics, molded glass, metal, and carved vegetable ivory. Notable designs incorporate Art Deco geometric patterns, relief-carved botanical motifs, and faceted surfaces typical of early to mid-20th-century fashion accessories.Large black and tan button measures approximately 1 5/8 inches in diameter. Individual buttons range from 3/8 inch to 1 3/4 inches.
