Betty Jo Cabe (1925–2008), born Betty Jo Huffaker, was a prominent folk art pottery artist and business owner based in Knoxville, Tennessee. : She specialized in creating distinctive, stoneware "ugly" face jugs that feature highly detailed, applied clay features like molded teeth, ears, noses, and painted pupils.
