One blue Whitman Lincoln Head Cent Collection folder, Number Two, No. 9030, marked “Collection Starting 1941.†It contains mounted Lincoln cents arranged by date and mint mark, with labeled 1943 steel-cent entries and Lincoln Memorial-type openinbeginning in 1959. Visible entries continue through at least 1965; some handwritten notes and printed mintage information are also present. The cover has scuffing, rubbing, abrasions, discoloration or residue, and edge and corner wear. Many coins arecirculated, darkened, toned, or worn; some 1943 steel cents show oxidation, discoloration, and corrosion-like spotting. Some later slots are empty. Overall completeness and exact coin count are not confirmed, and worn coin surfaces do notindependently verify every date and mint mark.
