Antique cast iron wash pot measuring approximately 22 inches in diameter and 14 inches tall, with an approximate capacity of 18-20 gallons. Features two integral side handles and three cast legs for use over an open fire. These large cast iron pots were commonly used during the late 19th and early 20th centuries for washing clothes, soap making, butchering, and outdoor cooking. Today they are highly sought after for rustic décor, landscaping, outdoor cooking, and historical collections.
