Description: This item came from a collector's estate. German tropical pith helmet (Tropenhelm) associated with the World War II / Third Reich era (1939–1945). Features a tan felt-covered body with brown hatband, ventilated crown, leather chinstrap, complete interior sweatband and liner, and metal national eagle and tricolor shield insignia on the sides. The helmet displays age-related wear from storage and use, including light scuffing to the brim and minor wear to the felt covering. Interior liner and chinstrap remain present. Please examine all photographs carefully for condition, construction details, and markings.
