NO SHIPPING ~ LOCAL PICKUP ONLY > A pair of substantial vintage hardwood bunk bed ladders, each measuring approximately 46" long. The narrower example measures approximately 9.25" wide, while the broader example measures approximately 12.25" wide. Both ladders are constructed with tall parallel side rails and three broad wooden steps. The narrower ladder retains rubber-covered metal hooks near the lower backside, originally intended to secure the ladder against the rail of an upper bunk and reduce shifting during use. The wider ladder does not appear to retain comparable hooks. Although originally produced for bunk beds, the narrow portable forms offer considerable potential for repurposing. Possible uses include access within a pantry, tall built-in bookcase, library shelving, loft-style storage area, display installation, retail fixture, blanket or quilt ladder, towel rack, or decorative wall display. CONDITION REPORT > Both ladders appear substantial and reasonably sturdy as shown, with settled dust, surface marks, finish variation, rubbing, and typical evidence associated with age, use, and materials. Suitability for climbing should be evaluated by the buyer before use in any new installation.
