One cream-colored ceramic or pottery potato keeper with a fitted lid and molded potato-shaped knob. The vessel has blue-gray raised trim and is inscribed “Neue Kartoffeln,” meaning “new potatoes.” Its form supports use as a kitchen potato-storagecontainer. Glazed surfaces show ordinary handling and display wear, including small dark specks and minor marks. The underside has dirt or storage residue, greenish deposits, small pits, abrasions, and irregularities. No definite large crack, majorchip, or repair is visible in the supplied views, although a linear feature inside the vessel should be inspected. The lid and knob appear present and intact; secure lid fit should be confirmed in person.
