Small round-to-oval glazed porcelain box with a domed lid, raised gold-colored knob, gilt-colored edging, and pink floral decoration with green leaves. The underside mark appears to read “M [uncertain character] Z” above a worn crowned emblem, with“AUSTRIA” below. Includes one matching lid and one hollow base. Dust, grime, dark speckling, and spotting are visible, particularly on the underside and interior. Gilt-colored edging and the knob show wear, discoloration, and apparent losses orthinning. No definite major crack or repaired fracture is visible in the supplied photographs; concealed damage cannot be ruled out. Knob construction and exact original use are unconfirmed.
