R Serial # 03356MW341. .22-250 Rem. caliber lever action rifle with a 20” barrel. The bore is excellent, mostly clean with strong rifling with some light fouling. Detachable magazine. Lightweight version of the standard BLR-81 featuring a lightweight alloy receiver and a unique folding hammer safety. Also known as the Lightning Model depending on year. Made in 2004. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in excellent condition showing little sign of use. Original front with adjustable rear sight. The black finish on the alloy receiver is in excellent condition showing little wear. The gloss finished checkered walnut straight grip stock and forearm are in excellent condition showing little use. Black rubber recoil pad. The action works fine. Includes a Leupold VX-I 4-12x40 scope with Leupold mounts and the boxpadded leather sling in quick detach swivels.
