Winchester Model 12 Pigeon Grade

R Serial # 1823323. 12 Ga. pump action shotgun with a 30” ventilated rib barrel. The bore is excellent, clean and shiny. The barrel is choked Full. The chamber is 2-3/4”. Made in 1961. The blued metal finish on the barrel is in very good to excellent condition showing little wear with some scattered light scuffs and scratches. The barrel rib is not marked; the barrel proofs are offset to the left. The magazine tube shows moderate action wear and is turning slightly brown. The blued metal finish on the receiver and receiver extension is in very good condition showing edge wear with some scattered light scratches. The barrel extension has an engraved pigeon. The bolt and lifter are jeweled. The nicely figured checkered walnut forearm is in excellent condition showing little sign of use with a few minor marks. The matching plain butt stock with a grip cap is in near excellent condition showing some light marks. Non-factory black rubber recoil pad with an LoP of 14-1/2”. The action functions fine. C&R.
