Miniature Oil Lamp – Tropical Palm Tree & Oasis Motif, Finger Loop Handle, Brass Burner & Glass Shade Miniature ceramic oil lamp / kerosene lamp. Design/Subject: Traditional finger-lamp style featuring a rounded white ceramic font base adorned with a transfer-print or hand-painted tropical scene depicting palm trees along a waterfront oasis. Finished with a gold-accented pinstripe along the mold line and an integrated ceramic finger loop handle. Outfitted with a dark aged brass collar, a classic turn-knob wick raiser burner, and a pinched-neck clear glass hurricane chimney shade. Material: Glazed ceramic base, clear glass chimney, and brass components. Features: The combination of a traditional finger-handle silhouette with a scenic tropical motif makes this a highly charming and distinct crossover accent piece. Its compact size is perfect for miniature lighting collectors or collectors of vintage souvenir/resort-style porcelain. Condition: Good vintage/pre-owned condition. The ceramic base is free of structural cracks or chips, showing only minor surface wear to the bottom ring. The clear glass chimney is free of major cracks, with typical light factory flea bites on the raw, unfinished rims. The brass burner exhibits a natural darkened patina and minor oxidation consistent with age. Internal fabric wick is present; the mechanical raiser turn-knob turns, but the unit is otherwise untested for burning functionality. Display: Stable flat-bottomed circular base with a practical finger loop handle for easy carrying. A lovely addition to a miniature lamp collection, antique country store showcase, or vintage souvenir display shelf.
