Dating to World War II, this German combat equipment pouch is constructed of heavy olive green cotton canvas. The design features a fold-over top flap secured by two integrated canvas web pull-tabs fitted with painted metal snap fasteners. Stitched to the reverse panel are dual horizontal canvas web belt loops for mounting to a standard military combat belt. Exhibiting minor storage folding and light age character, the canvas body retains strong material integrity and clean color. Snap hardware exhibits mild surface oxidation on internal metal studs while remaining fully operational. Dimensions: 10.0 x 7.5 x 2.5 inches.
