Circular silver-toned medal featuring a relief portrait of a male athlete's head in profile on the obverse, rendered in the style typical of commemorative medals from early 20th-century Germany. The reverse is engraved with the inscription: "Süddeutscher Fussball und Leichtathletik Verband," along with "800m ERITL., 1933, 1. Pr." and the association monogram.
