(4) Lot (4) Dating to World War II, this set of four Winterhilfswerk (WHW – Winter Relief) street donation tokens depicts stylized character head profile busts. Manufactured from molded terracotta/clay with hand-painted details, these figural pieces represent traditional German storybook or puppet-style characters. The reverses feature flat terracotta bases, three of which retain their original wire pinback attachments secured with adhesive paste. Shows expected age-related wear, light chipping along the edges, and minor surface loss to the painted finish. One token is missing its wire pinback hardware on the reverse. Each individual piece measures between 1.0 inch and 1.25 inches in height. OT
