This WWII German military Morse key is identified as Baumuster T1 and marked Anf.Z. Ln. 26902. Constructed with a brown Bakelite protective cover mounted to a metal base, the unit retains its telegraph key, black operating knob, original hardware, and remnants of period wiring. The molded cover displays a lightning-bolt symbol and the German instruction "Vor dem Öffnen Stecker herausziehen," translating to "Remove the plug before opening." Additional numbers and inspection markings are present inside the casing. Condition shows expected age and service wear, including surface scuffs, oxidation and finish loss to the metal base, and deterioration to the exposed wiring. Measures approximately 6 x 3 inches and weighs approximately 1 pound (475 grams). Operation has not been tested. A compact example of WWII German signal equipment with recognizable wartime markings and strong historical display appeal. SC
