Dating to 1937, this German Feldfernsprecher 33 (FF33) military field telephone is housed in a brown Bakelite case with metal hardware. The unit is marked with manufacturer code "N" and bears military acceptance stamps and eagle insignia. It retains the original handset with brown cloth-covered cord, hand crank generator, carrying handle, connection terminals, technical schematics, and German phonetic alphabet chart mounted inside the lid. The case exhibits expected service wear, including scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and age-related patina consistent with wartime use and storage. Measures approximately 10.5 x 8.5 x 3.5 inches and weighs approximately 11.8 pounds (5,387 grams). A desirable early example of German Wehrmacht communications equipment, retaining its original components and displaying excellent historical character for any WWII militaria collection. SC
