This post-WWII West German Bundeswehr (BW) military combat belt strap is constructed from heavy black leather and fitted with a riveted nickel-plated metal catch plate. The interior features an unstitched leather adjustment tongue with dual sizing holes and a crisp white ink issue stamp reading "3897 45 BW 100". The black leather finish remains clean, smooth, and pliable with minimal sign of use. The metal catch plate displays light handling scuffs and bright nickel finish preservation. Condition appears unused, with minimal signs of handling or wear. PM
