(3) This lot consists of three single shoulder boards representing various civil service and police organizations during the Third Reich era. The collection includes a Gendarmerie (Rural Police) non-commissioned officer strap featuring bicolour green and silver-grey braided cord over a dark green wool backing. The center piece is a Fire Service (Feuerschutzpolizei) or technical service board constructed from braided silver-grey cords with black accents on a dark green base however, consists of synthetic fiber fluorescence, confirming post-World War II manufacture. The right piece is a Customs (Zoll) or administrative official strap featuring a yellow-gold braided cord interwoven with silver-grey aluminum chevrons on a bright green wool backing. The left and right pieces are slip-on variants retaining their reverse fabric attachment tongues, while the center piece is a sew-in style. The lot displays significant age wear, including severe moth track damage and fabric loss on the left board's backing cloth, alongside surface fraying, metallic thread oxidation, and general storage grime.
