Artist Biography: David Peter Hunsberger (born 1950) is an acclaimed Canadian serigraph printmaker based in Waterloo, Ontario. After graduating with an Honours Fine Arts degree from the University of Waterloo in 1976, he established a full-time printmaking studio where he has specialized in original hand-pulled serigraphs. His editions are typically limited to approximately 40 impressions, each requiring numerous individually hand-painted stencils and colour separations. Inspired by Canada's forests, lakes, rivers, and wild landscapes, Hunsberger's work has been exhibited extensively across Canada and is represented in numerous public and private collections.
