9 Year old Mare - 15HH Meet Primrose, a stunning 9-year-old mare with incredible athletic ability and a quick mind. She is a project for the right person who can provide the confidence and consistency she needs to shine. She is from Diamond Hills, NV HMA Basics Covered: Leads, backs up, picks up all four feet, lunges, and trailers well. Under Saddle: Primrose is coming along beautifully but has a reactive nature that requires a confident rider for now. She gets quieter every time I ride her, however I wouldn’t consider her a beginners horse. Personality: She is sensitive and quick to learn. She may test the rider initially and can be extra sensitive, but her confidence grows rapidly with the right leadership. Gaits: Smooth walk, trot, and lope. She has a beautiful eye-catching lope. Obstacles: Willing and brave over obstacles, including a teeter-totter. Pivots and side-passes in both directions. She is learning to 2-track as well. Ideal Home: A confident rider looking for an athletic mare with a lot of potential who isn't afraid of a little "spark." Not suitable for a beginner.
