A small, heavy-cast pewter vessel of bulbous cauldron form, featuring three pronounced concentric ribs encircling the exterior body. The piece is fitted with a swing handle decorated with cast linear and chevron motifs, secured to two integrated lugs at the rim. The interior base bears two stamped marks: a five-pointed star and a worn oval mark depicting a crowned figure. A partial vintage paper label is adhered to the interior base, containing fragments of printed text including COLLIN, PRESENT, and HILLERS. The vessel displays a dark, unpolished grey patina. Dimensions: Height approx. 8.3 cm; Diameter approx. 11.7 cm (measured against an imperial scale). Condition: The item is in well-aged, as-found condition with significant pitting and oxidisation throughout both the interior and exterior. A small hole or deep pit is present in the interior base. The metal surface retains a heavy, dull patina.
