The surface shows thick, glossy black paint with heavy dry-brush texture and strong color. Minor surface wear, small specks and scattered debris within the paint may be present. Visual Description: An Abstract Expressionist-inspired composition built from broad black brushstrokes that cross the surface in vertical, horizontal and diagonal bars. A looping black stroke at the upper center sits over a field of red-orange. Passages of violet and pink sweep through the lower left, while a bright yellow field fills the right side between thick black verticals. White ground shows between the strokes, and the black paint is laid on heavily with a glossy, textured finish. The work bears an inscription reading “KLINE” in black at the lower center.
