A collection of weathered garden and utility metalware comprising a large pitcher, a large watering can, a cylindrical storage can, and a miniature watering can. The large pitcher is fitted with a broad strap handle embossed with a shield mark containing the letters GSW, identifying it as a product of General Steel Wares. The large watering can features a cylindrical body, a threaded spout, and a fixed overhead handle. The cylindrical storage can includes a screw-cap lid, a wire bail handle, and a side spout, characteristic of fuel or oil containers. The miniature toy-sized watering can is equipped with a fixed rose and a semi-circular handle. All pieces are constructed from galvanised steel. Dimensions of large watering can: body height approx. 30.5 cm, total height including handle approx. 43 cm (measured against a ruler). Condition: The collection shows significant signs of age and outdoor exposure, including widespread surface oxidation, pitting, and areas of heavy rust, notably to the lids and handles. Dents and scratches are present throughout the group. The large watering can is lacking its rose attachment.
