This Colonial Revival style dry sink is constructed from solid knotty pine with a honey-toned finish. The one-piece unit features an asymmetrical upper section consisting of a recessed well on the left and a raised surface on the right. Positioned below the raised surface is a single utility drawer. The lower cabinet base includes two paneled doors that open to reveal a single fixed horizontal shelf extending the full width of the interior, creating four storage compartments. The upper back panel features vertical beadboard detailing, and the base is finished with a scalloped apron. Hardware includes white porcelain round knobs and exposed brass-finished butterfly hinges on the cabinet doors. Dimensions: H approx. 42.5 inches x W approx. 39.5 inches x D approx. 17 inches. Condition: The item is in good overall condition with surface wear consistent with age and use. Minor scuffs, light scratches to the finish, and small abrasions are present along the edges, surfaces, and base. The hardware is intact and the piece appears structurally sound.
