A stained pine kitchen dresser or dry sink hutch, dating to the late 20th century. The upper section is designed with a scalloped top cresting above a row of four small spice drawers. Beneath these drawers sits a single open shelf featuring a plate-retaining groove, set against a back of tongue-and-groove panelling. The base section has a split-level top, featuring a raised work surface to the left over a single frieze drawer, and a deep recessed dry sink well to the right. A two-door cupboard at the base, mounted with decorative antiqued brass-finish H-hinges, opens to a single fixed internal shelf. The piece is finished with white porcelain knobs and the drawers feature machine-cut dovetail joints. Dimensions (measured against a tape measure; inches only shown): Height approx. 55 inches Width approx. 37 inches Depth approx. 16.5 inches. Condition: Visible surface wear consistent with age and use, including multiple scratches, scuffs, and abrasions to the stained finish, most notably on the countertops, drawer fronts, and lower plinth. The hardware is intact and functioning. The interior shows minor marking and signs of use.
