A set of five teacups and six saucers produced by the Altrohlau Porcelain factory (Oscar and Edgar Gutherz) of Bohemia. The pieces are crafted from white porcelain and decorated with transfer-printed floral garlands featuring pink roses and white blossoms amidst green foliage. The decoration is framed by gilt-line borders. Each cup has a rounded, squat form and distinctive double-loop handles accented with gilding. The underside of the pieces displays a factory mark consisting of a crown flanked by the letters A and P, above the word AUSTRIA. Dimensions (measured against a visible tape measure): individual cup height approx. 5.1 cm; stack height approx. 12.1 cm. Condition: The set is in generally good condition with minor rubbing and wear to the gilt rims and handles consistent with use. One cup displays a small area of surface residue or a glaze flaw on the exterior body. The pieces exhibit typical minor manufacturing imperfections characteristic of porcelain from this period.
