8 Lbs Vintage MEGA BLOKS BUILDING SET TOY BLOCKS

Updated September 24, 2026

AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > Large mixed group of vintage MEGA BLOKS construction pieces weighing around 8 lbs., including numerous standard bricks, plates, large blue building bases, wheels, gears, specialty pieces and partially assembled vehicle or racing components. The lot includes a substantial quantity of red, white and blue interlocking bricks together with several oversized blue baseplates. Additional pieces include large black wheels, yellow gear elements, smaller wheels, axles and specialized mechanical components. Several assembled or partially assembled racing-themed pieces are present, including elements marked MB RACING, TOP SPEED and www.megabloks.com. Mega Bloks originated with Canadian manufacturer Ritvik Holdings, founded in 1967. The company introduced Mega Bloks construction toys during the 1980s, expanded into smaller-scale building systems during the 1990s, and officially became Mega Bloks Inc. in 2002. By the early 2000s the company had become the second-largest construction-toy maker behind LEGO and was expanding aggressively into vehicle, racing and licensed-theme sets. The megabloks.com website address and MB Racing styling are consistent with the brand’s early-2000s period, before the corporate name changed from Mega Bloks Inc. to Mega Brands Inc. in 2006. This is an uncounted mixed accumulation rather than a confirmed complete set and should be viewed as a large assortment of vintage building components suitable for collectors, replacement parts, rebuilding earlier sets or general construction play. CONDITION REPORT > Overall, seemingly well preserved.
