COBALT BLUE Miniature OIL LAMP with BEADED CHIMNEY

Updated September 24, 2026

AVAILABLE for SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > Miniature oil lamp standing 10 inches tall overall, fitted with a 4.5 inch clear glass chimney and a richly colored cobalt blue glass font above a round metal pedestal base. The lamp features gold patina metal components, including the burner assembly, collar and base, with a traditional round wick burner and side wick raiser knob. The blue glass font is molded with pronounced vertical ribbing and a faceted, jewel-like form, giving the lamp a particularly decorative appearance despite the small scale. The clear chimney is especially notable for the beaded or scalloped treatment along the upper rim, an unusual decorative detail that adds distinction to the overall presentation. The combination of vivid blue glass, aged gold tone metalwork and the unusually finished chimney gives this miniature lamp strong visual appeal as both a functional lighting form and decorative display piece. CONDITION REPORT > Perhaps typical and minor elements relative to age, handling and material ~ Overall, a rather well-preserved example.
