A Skilsaw model 5380 corded circular saw taking a 7 and 1-4 inch blade, 184 millimeters, rated 120 volts, 60 hertz, 12 amps and 5300 rpm with no load. The plate carries part number F012538011 and serial number 504031570, built for Robert Bosch Tool Corporation of Mount Prospect Illinois. A Skilsaw Carbide 24 tooth framing blade is mounted and the blade wrench is stored in its clip on the housing. The saw has the Vari-torque clutch that slips instead of kicking back when the blade binds, the red depth lever and the lower guard with its retracting handle. This is the size that frames walls and cuts sheet goods, and 24 teeth is the coarse fast pattern for construction lumber. The shoe is scratched and carries surface rust, the motor housing is scuffed and dusty with sawdust in the guard, and the cord is intact. The saw has not been plugged in or run by Crawford Auction Service. Condition is fair to good. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service. Estimated Value: $25 to $40 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
