Two tools. The first is a Craftsman fourteen inch heavy duty pipe wrench, the stamping on the handle reading CRAFTSMAN 14 in and HEAVY DUTY, finished in the familiar red paint over cast iron with a forged hook jaw. The adjusting nut turns freely through its travel and both sets of jaw teeth are sharp with no broken teeth, which is what matters on a pipe wrench because the teeth are what bite the round work. The second tool is a pair of self adjusting pliers in bare steel with formed steel handles, stamped PATENTS 4,651,598 and 4,652,262 U.S.A. on the handle. Those jaws close on whatever size you present without a separate adjustment, which makes them quick on mixed fasteners. The red paint on the pipe wrench is worn through on the handle and the head with surface rust showing, and the pliers carry rust over the steel and worn plating on the handles. Nothing is bent or broken. Condition is fair. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service. Estimated Value: $20 to $35 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
