RCBS Model 5-0-2 Reloading Scale with Brass Pan

An RCBS Model 5-0-2 balance beam powder scale on the green cast base, offered with its steel pan on the beam and a second loose brass powder pan. The plate on the base reads RCBS Model 5-0-2 with the Oroville California address. The beam carries the main grain scale with the large poise notches, the sliding tenth grain vernier at the left end and the pointer riding over the fixed index card. The magnetic damper is in place under the beam, the agate bearings look intact, and the white leveling foot turns freely. The 5-0-2 is the classic 511 grain shop scale RCBS built for decades, and a handloader still wants one to check powder measure throws and weigh individual charges. The green paint has scattered chips and a few rust freckles, the beam shows light tarnish, and the printed scale remains crisp and readable. The scale was not calibrated or tested by Crawford Auction Service. Condition is very good. Authenticity and function have not been verified by Crawford Auction Service.
