Lee 7mm STW Shooting Times Westerner 2 Die Set

Updated September 23, 2026

A Lee reloading die set for the 7mm Shooting Times Westerner in the red Lee flip top box with the printed Lee instruction sheet. The set is two dies, a sizing die and a seating die, along with a spare lock ring. One die body is stamped 7MM STW. The 7mm STW is the 8mm Remington Magnum case necked down to .284 inch, a long throated overbore round that pushes a 140 grain bullet past 3300 feet per second and flattens the trajectory out past 400 yards. It is a handloader's cartridge. Factory ammunition has always been scarce and expensive, so anyone who owns an STW is loading for it, and correct dies are the first thing they need. Dies for this round are not stocked on the shelf at most stores, which is what makes a complete set worth chasing at auction. Dies are clean with light surface oil and normal handling marks, threads and lock rings are intact and no rust or galling is visible in the photos. Condition is very good. Estimated Value: $40 to $75 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
