This set of ten dinner plates and a coordinating pair of shakers is crafted from white fine porcelain. Each piece features a neoclassical decorative scheme consisting of a wide cobalt blue border embellished with transfer-printed scrolling acanthus leaves in golden-yellow and brown tones, interspersed with foliate medallions and thin gold-tone bands. The dinner plates are designed with a central coordinating foliate medallion in the well. The cylindrical salt and pepper shakers repeat the decorative border around the upper portion and are capped with domed lids featuring different hole configurations. The underside of the plates bears a blue backstamp with the arched text FINE PORCELAIN above a graphic of a winged horse facing right, with a ribbon banner below containing the word PEGASUS. The shakers are equipped with translucent plastic base stoppers. Dimensions: Plate Diameter approx. 27.3 cm; Shaker Height approx. 7.6 cm; Shaker Diameter approx. 3.8 cm; measured against a ruler. Condition: The set is in overall excellent condition, showing no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of repair. The cobalt blue color and gold-tone decorative elements remain bright and well-preserved across all pieces. Minor surface shelf wear is present on the underside foot rims. The original plastic stoppers remain intact within the shakers.
