Whimsical late 20th-century carousel coffee table featuring a large circular beveled glass top supported above an elaborate amusement-park-inspired base with four sculptural carousel horses arranged around a central metal carousel structure. The horses are individually modeled in dynamic poses and finished in contrasting antiqued cream, brown, and muted painted tones with molded saddles, bridles, manes, and decorative tack, while the central carousel is formed from gray-finished metal with scrolling openwork, floral medallions, turned posts, and a tent-like canopy. The entire composition rests on a broad circular molded wood base with a deliberately aged, crackled finish. Condition shows expected age and household wear, including scattered scratches and surface marks to the wood base, intentional and natural-looking finish distress, rubbing and paint loss to the horses, oxidation and finish wear to the metalwork, and minor scratches to the glass. A highly decorative novelty table with strong Americana, circus, and carousel appeal. Measures 21"H x 44"W.
