Set of four graduated antique galvanized metal measuring pitchers or utility measures, each featuring a tapered conical body, side handle, and narrow formed pouring mouth. These old farm and mercantile-style measures have excellent primitive character with naturally aged galvanized surfaces, oxidation, surface rust, staining, scratches, dents, and wear from many years of use. The graduated sizes make the group especially attractive for display. Tallest measures approximately 17 inches high x 12 inches wide. Three smaller coordinating measures are included. Exact maker, capacity, and original specific use are unknown. These appear to be early-to-mid 20th century utilitarian measuring vessels, likely used for dry goods, grain, feed, oil, or other farm and household products. Condition shows wear appropriate for age and use, including oxidation, surface rust, discoloration, dents, scratches, and general age-related wear. Please review all photographs closely for individual condition. If you have any doubt, please attend the preview and examine all photographs closely before bidding.
