Vintage 1948 Exacta Time Corp. Babe Ruth mechanical character wristwatch carcass, offered strictly for horological parts salvage, movement harvesting, or component repair reclamation. The 32.5mm chrome-plated base metal case surrounds a classic multi-colored pictorial character dial showcasing the portrait of Babe Ruth in his New York uniform over a stylized green baseball diamond layout.Condition Parameters:The watch is in heavily weathered, incomplete condition. The dial face is missing its central sweep seconds tracking hand, and the internal movement is missing its setting crown and winding stem assembly. The mechanical gear train is currently not running. This asset is an ideal source for harvesting original plates, screws, gears, mainspring components, or a replacement dial face.
