Vintage 1948 Exacta Time Corp. Babe Ruth mechanical character wristwatch pair, curated specifically as a matching restoration assembly set. The lot includes two chrome-plated base metal cases measuring 32.5mm, both showcasing a polished snap-on caseback stamped with the formal circular logo reading "EXACTA TIME CORPORATION". Both pieces house the iconic multi-colored pictorial character dial featuring a portrait of Babe Ruth swinging his bat over a green and cream baseball stadium background with his cursive signature script. Both watches come mounted on vintage matching stainless steel expandable scissor-link stretch bracelets.Condition Parameters:Watch One (Right Side): Features a complete dial with all original hands, a clear unyellowed crystal, and a complete mechanical movement that runs smoothly when handled. This piece is missing its original winding stem and crown mechanism.Watch Two (Left Side): Houses a complete mechanical movement with its original winding stem and crown intact.
